• Capsule is located within the Silk Screen Studios on the fourth floor. Please note: there is no elevator currently available.

  • Follow these steps:

    1. Enter your door code (texted to you the day prior) into the Butterfly system at the main door

    2. Use the staircase to find the fourth floor

    3. Check to see if our door is open! If it’s closed, we’re likely in service.

    4. If the door is closed, please wait in the kitchenette area and we’ll get you ASAP

  • Consultations are a time for a us to get to know you and your goals. We do require a deposit for all new patient consultations, however, your deposit fee is applied towards future treatments

  • Absolutely. We understand not everyone is comfortable with or interested in injectable treatments, like neuromodulators and dermal filler. We offer treatments focused on skin health, such as chemical peels, microneedling, and our Clear+ Brilliant laser.

  • Individualized post-procedure care cards will be provided to your during your visit at Capsule

  • We ask that all appointments be cancelled 24 hours prior to avoid a cancellation fee of $75.

  • All appointments can be adjusted through the Jane App or by contacting Capsule via text or email.

  • Please notify Capsule via text. We allow a 10 minute grace period, as anything longer may compromise the quality of your treatment. If you will be more than 10 minutes late, you will be subjected to a $75 cancellation fee and will need to reschedule your appointment.

  • There is free street parking available on many streets surrounding the Silk Screen Studios. If parking is a concern, we’re also just a few blocks from the Berks station!
