Meet Multifrax

Multifrax is the primary laser utilized at Capsule. It is pint-sized, but packs a punch. Multifrax is both a non-ablative and fractionated laser, meaning lower downtime treatments.

It offers the benefit of simultaneously treating both brown pigmentation and refining textural concerns with its cutting edge technology, the Simulscan. This laser can be customized by the treatment provider to target active acne, melasma, resurfacing, deep lines, actinic keratoses, crepey skin, scarring, and even the hands and décolleté.

With a short session of topical prescription numbing, most patients report the treatment to be very comfortable. Appointments generally are scheduled for 60 minutes, with actual lasering taking between 15-25 minutes. Downtime is highly dependent on the individual, but also depends on the level of treatment intensity. All patients will have aftercare reviewed following the completion of their laser treatment to ensure healing is as smooth and safe as possible.

For optimal results, patients are generally recommended to complete multiple sessions.
